Taylor Swift Wedding Inspiration for the Ultimate Swiftie

One thing you should know about me is I'm a loud and proud Swiftie. Back in April, I hit the road with a few friends for the Eras tour like the basic b**** I am. I laughed, I sang, I screamed, I cried. Not to brag, but Death By a Thousand Cuts was our acoustic song in Arlington. How's it feel to be God's favorite, you ask? Pretty fabulous.

Even though I consider myself a long-time Lover girlie, I've been listening to Lavender Haze on repeat since Midnights dropped. Shortly after the concert (and before Taylor's version of Speak Now hit Spotify) a good friend invited me to collaborate on a Taylor Swift inspired styled shoot in Edmond, Oklahoma. The theme? Lavender Haze.

I dropped everything (now) and got to work.

Taylor Swift Wedding Invitation Design

We wanted something whimsical and airy to capture the innocence of that young love feeling. I immediately drew inspiration from When Emma Falls in Love.

For the main invitation, I selected a textured handmade paper with delicate floral illustrations. I chose to use rounded corners on the RSVP and details card to create a softer, more natural look. The suite is tied in a lightweight silk ribbon and paired with a colorful butterfly envelope liner. I designed custom acrylic place cards in the shape of a butterfly to tie the stationery and day-of details together. These also doubled as custom drink tags!
